About me
I have over 14 years of experience teaching academic writing, editing and research. I hold a PhD in politics and philosophy. I also hold a TEFL (teaching English) qualification and hold certificates in Teaching Writing, and Understanding Language Systems from the British Council.
My driving passion is helping you to achieve your academic goals, whether you are a student just starting out on your academic path, are working on an advanced graduate degree, or are a faculty member preparing a paper for publication in an academic journal. I am also passionate about lifelong learning, and about building professional and respectful relationships with all my clients.
I currently live in Victoria, BC (Canada), in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. However, I have clients from many places around the globe: California, New York, Australia, China, and Singapore, to name a few. I have a great deal of experience working with clients and students for whom English is not their first language.
I am always open to enquiries about editing, writing, research, and teaching. I look forward to working with you to make your paper or project the very best it can be!
